Company History
Bongiwe Home Carers is more than just a homecare company; it’s a testament to resilience, determination, and compassion. Founded by Memory Ndlovu, our CEO, BHC Agency was born from Memory’s own journey from a small village in Zimbabwe to the bustling streets of Dublin.
Memory’s early life was marked by challenges, from marrying young and raising children while working on a farm, to eventually escaping a difficult situation in Zimbabwe and seeking refuge in Ireland. In Dublin, Memory found not only a new home but also a new passion: caring for others.
With a background as a qualified Healthcare Worker and years of experience providing care in various settings, Memory recognised the need for more compassionate and personalised care in the community.
Drawing from her own experiences, she founded Bongiwe Home Carers in 2017, with the mission of providing the best care for those who need it. She decided to transform her passion into a business, connecting a network of people who are willing to walk the extra mile to be the support for those who need it.
